Managed to get a nice jog in close to 4-5 months of inactivity. Bones and muscles are all creaking and I suppose it will take about a week of conditioning before they get stronger again.
Some observations on my skin during my run:
1) those parts that were damaged by TS did not produce any sweat. It is a sign that they are not functioning as they should at the moment.
2) same damaged parts stung a little when in contact with sweat produced from normal healthy skin. A little irritating during the run but manageable.
3) skin looks and feels visibly drier than my normal (prior to exercising) after my shower. This is interesting.
