So I had completed about 4 runs in a span of a week. One of which was in the bright warm sun. Felt ok during the run, nothing too irritating or frustrating on my skin.
However I had a pretty bad flare the night after the run, which took about 2 days for those scabs to dry and feel comfortable again.
One of the benefits of exercising is to activate your lymphatic system, a crucial system for your immune system. The simple act of bouncing will help to shake up those stagnant fluids and remove those toxins to where they should be.
I think I felt way better skinwise, despite the flare, with exercising.
